Every organisation is paired with a Client Relationship Lead — someone who provides project oversight, builds strong relationships with your team, and makes sure your onboarding, setup, and ongoing needs are fully supported.

Whether you're a small team or a multi-agency programme, we’re set up to walk alongside you — responsive, values-aligned, and committed to getting it right.
Your data is kept completely separate and secure.

Think of it as a private vault within our Microsoft Azure platform, hosted onshore in Aotearoa New Zealand. Your data is never mixed with others’, and unless you choose to de-identify and share it for sector-level insight, it remains entirely yours and completely locked down.

If you do choose to participate in sector learning (e.g. by sharing anonymised data with the Social Investment Agency or Stats NZ), we’ll guide you through that process in a transparent, ethical way.
We take the protection of your data seriously — and we treat it with the same care we expect for our own.

levo is designed for organisations working with young people, whānau, and communities. We are bound by the Code of Ethics and host all data on secure, Aotearoa-based servers using Microsoft Azure.

We start every client relationship by sharing a clear data protection agreement — so you know exactly how your information will be handled.

We’ve supported clients to provide secure, de-identified data to agencies like Statistics NZ and the Social Investment Agency — always with full client permission and control.

If your kaupapa has specific cultural or community privacy needs, we’ll work with you to ensure your instance is locked down and aligned with your expectations.
We keep pricing transparent, fair and in line with market expectations — because we know what it’s like to deliver high-impact work with limited resources.

Every organisation we work with is different — so we don’t offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, we start with a discovery phase to understand:

Your reporting and privacy needs

Any bespoke considerations that might shape how we support you

This usually involves two discovery sessions where we get to know each other and explore what’s needed. From there, we provide a clear, detailed scope of work, including any associated costs.

With levo, your data, insights, and progress remain completely yours. Your instance is secure, confidential, and never shared or accessed without your explicit permission.

You have full control over what is collected, who sees it, and whether any de-identified data is used to support broader sector learning. We’ll never use or share your data unless you choose to.

Our role is to provide the infrastructure to hold that data safely — and to support you in using it meaningfully.
