Multidisciplinary outcome assessment

levo® supports practitioners to assess wellbeing across 18 subdomains that reflect the full picture of a person’s life. The platform uses a shared language and five-point scale from at-risk to thriving, underpinned by:

  • Te Whare Tapa Whā model

  • The bio-psycho-social model framework

  • HEEADSSSSS psychosocial assessment tool

  • Other evidence-based frameworks relevant in Aotearoa

Assessments are flexible, culturally grounded, and designed to support reflection and dialogue with whaiora (clients).

Tracking change over time

Each wellbeing area can be tracked longitudinally, giving both practitioners and organisations the ability to:

  • View shifts in wellbeing at the individual, team, or organisation level

  • Identify risks early to respond quickly 

  • Evidence meaningful change to funders, boards, and evaluators
